Located on the third floor of the Texas Tech Physicians building, we welcome all families and provide compassionate pediatric care. From wellness check-ups, immunizations, newborn care, school and sports physicals, infectious diseases and parent education, we are here to serve the El Paso community.

I love Texas tech we've been there since 2001 and everytime we are there for Appointments the time is worth.staff and Dr's are always respectful and friendly. Thank you Texas tech Dr's and staff.
They saved my son's life. After going to Providence and Sierra and even the urgent Care they all told me my son had a virus without running any tests nor listening to me. The physicians at Texas tech, not only listened to me but actually ordered blood tests. We found out that my son had acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
I hope all clinics in the world are like the ones Dr Rosas Blum represent. My wife and I enjoyed how the procedure are explained and the attention we have been receiving, by the way we live 4 hours away from El Paso.
