Great service, professional experience. We though we had a major problem with our refrigerator air conditioner. Once we called Strauss, he went right to the problem. Solved it so fast! Was honest and the, cost was very reasonable. Strauss will be our company for all future air conditioning problems.
Words cannot describe the immense level of service I received from Juan, Cesar, and his team!!! Juan was absolutely amazing and explained every step of the process with us. He was very punctual and kind. We called them out to our house because our air kept clicking on and off, our house was very hot, and the A/C line kept freezing up.
