Luis came out after I had already had another company come out to check out my heater. The previous company charged me $95 to check out the heater, the tech didn't even touch my heater, I explained to him what was going on, and he immediately quoted me a high price to replace a valve (that he didn't even check) or another high price for a new unit. I waited a few day and check on Angi lists, Luis from Startech called me, came out, thoroughly checked out my unit and showed more items which would either going out or about to soon.
