Yolie and Bill Stanton are THE BEST!Bought a lot on the westside through them. Sold our home with them, 3 offers in 5 days, all at or above asking, and it was an aggressive ask for an aggressive market.What I appreciate most is their experience. They vetted the offers carefully so we wasted no time at all. Their reputation is well known among lenders and appraisers and if you need a contract they have one, that really helped us alongthe way too The reason we chose them was their experience and professionalism vs other reators we met that were way to "salesy".
