First- I like my stylist Ericka, she is always very welcoming, asks every time if I want the same hair style or to change it up, friendly, and double checks to make sure I’m happy with my haircut. She asks if I want the MVP and is not pushy or aggressive about it. She always makes sure to ask for my card to give me points. She just does a great job! Second- the store on Eastlake Blvd, is always clean, tidy and the staff there are welcoming. One of the staff or multiple will welcome you when you enter the store and ask if you have signed in. Great job Ericka and Eastlake staff! Keep up the good work!!
