I strongly advise other businesses to be cautious when considering equipment from this company. The monthly charges are equivalent to the full purchase price of the equipment, which is highly unreasonable. Our office manager contracted their services, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Be sure to read the contract carefully before agreeing, as it contains many clauses that can be unfavorable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

Spectrum Technology is a very Profession company with AWESOME IT technicians and Staff! They are always promote at returning calls and taking the proper corrective measures to solve all of our IT issues!!

It's a total mess. The call backs are endless. We've been with them for more than eight years, but every time we call it's like they've never serviced our account. Total train wreck lately, nothing but band-aids. They keep their best techs way too busy and leave the rest of us to suffer. Even for simple new user setups. Imagine cold calling every time you needed help. It's an office joke now really. They won't respond if you try to let them know either. This is being posted as a last resort, we are already researching other services.
