I’ve been to many spas around the country because I travel often, but as an El Paso local, I can honestly say Desert Spirit Spa is on a whole other level! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Erica, who was so enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely happy to see me. She made me feel immediately welcomed — and can we talk about how amazing this place smells? (Yes, I’m saying it twice because it’s that good!)

The walk to the locker room was beautiful, and the robes were luxurious. I had my massage with Roxanne, who was incredibly talented and communicative. She listened to what I needed and focused on exactly where I was in pain — from my neck down to my left shoulder. I left feeling completely renewed.

This spa is spotless, serene, and truly five-star in every way. I couldn’t stop talking about it afterward — I told my family and friends all about the experience. I didn’t get the chance to meet the manager, but her team speaks volumes about her leadership and dedication. I hope to meet her next time I visit, which will definitely be next month!

“The ambience and service is wonderful. They also have a unique shop, where I've purchased a variety of clothing many times. The spa amenities are free as long as one is spending above a certain price point. Check with them first. Booking is easy, lots of parking nearby. It's set inside a hip lux hotel in downtown El Paso. The facials here are wonderful.“

She made a tailored facial. I bought all my products to her to have her help me with a routine. If she sells products, they were not pushed on me to buy. She educated me on each of my products.
