Show up to the kiosk, which wasn't covered, nor any indication that they were closed, or away. The only signs we saw were of a number for us to "call" for assistance. So we called twice and no answer. Later, we get a text, "how can I help you?" We responded that we're at the kiosk waiting so we can buy a whole new set of jewelry. Her response, "I'll be there at 12pm". Look ... if 12pm is when you open, then put up a sign indicating your hours of operation instead of asking people to call so that you won't answer and text instead... assuming that we will wait. Ridiculous!

The lady in charge never answers her phone and always text which is very unprofessional for a business. She is never in her stand at the hours she has listed and when you ask she just says I'll be there another day.

She did I terrible job , she used a piercing gun to do the tragus piercing she could’ve caused serious damage … I’ll be going to the hospital due to the pain I’m in due to the way she pierced it … not to mention she used a regular ear piercing instead of the one she was actually supposed to use … one of the pictures shows where it’s supposed to be and where she put it don’t get piercing with her
