To start, Adriana is super nice and the salon is nice as well. However, I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time in order to be seen after making sure that I was there right on time. I’m finally in the seat, and I tell her what I wanted. There isn’t much talk from her which is fine for me, but if you like the whole chatting thing, it may be an issue for you. I got full highlights and though I love the color on me, I wish she would have gotten down to the roots with the highlights. I recently moved to the area, so I was excited to find a new salon on Groupon with such good reviews! I got my hair done by Adriana, full highlight, cut, deep conditioning and style. She was doing another clients hair at the same time, even though I had an appointment. There was a lot of sitting and waiting. I think my appointment could have been at least an hour shorter if she was only doing my hair. She did a good job on the highlights, BUT she was blow drying the other clients hair while mine was toning, and she left the toner on for way too long!
