The staff is very attentive and explains the process every step of the way. The option to sign electronically is very useful especially when I don't have time to go in person. Definitely recommend especially for those who are very busy and cannot find time to go somewhere in person.
Been going with Rol-N Tax for 18 years for one simple reason...excellent customer service. Their local support is amazing and would not trust anybody else with my taxes. I highly recommend Rol - N Tax!
