Rise performance is a gym where you will have no other choice but to fight through your workouts because the people and atmosphere are so encouraging, if you want results highly recommend!!
Carlos is an amazing trainer and an athlete himself, which really shows in the way he works with kids. He took the time to ask what sports our son and daughter play and tailored their workouts specifically to them definitely not a cookie-cutter approach. He’s very in tune with the athletes and truly empathetic to what they’re going through, while still pushing them to reach their maximum potential. In just three months, we’ve seen huge gains in their speed and power. Carlos is extremely educated, well-organized, and communicates clearly and consistently with parents. We highly recommend Rise Performance.
Rise Performance is really more than just a gym it truly feels like family. The culture is welcoming and supportive, and the trainers genuinely care about your growth and goals.
