Nice people! No parking onsite, just on the street, when checking in or waiting for a door. Not equipped for refrigerated loads, had to wait for an empty, refrigerated truck from Mexico.
Had a chance to delivery some used auto parts from Canada. Check in was good, very friendly guys, but ... They sent me to another location 5-8 miles... From "another location" they sent to 3rd location 5-8 miles. Finally on last location... I had nobody to take care of my 3 pallets! :) After few phone calls problem was solved!!! All my 3 pallets was unloaded successfully! All in total 2 hours, including 3 min unloading. That is part of trucking business, but.... Life is beautiful ?
If you’re a flatbed you will be unloaded off the street from the gray and white roll up door. Try to have your freight facing that door so they can grab it. I just park opposite the roll up door. They open the check-in window inside at 7am. Bring your BOL and ID. Walk in through the fenced gate and up the steel stairs to check in. I showed up an hour early and was first to get unloaded. By 7am there were 5 other trucks waiting. Took less than 30 minutes to get in and out.
