Highly recommend Quality Carpet cleaning very professional and very affordable with great service.
This place is CLOSED! Billy contacted me on Monday and told me he would clean my carpets and sofa for 195.00. I paid him and he treated my carpets and sofa and told me he would come back the next day. He didn’t come back so I contacted him and he said he was dealing with some big flood emergency. I called the company and it’s closed. He never contacted me and scammed me out of my money. Do not let him contact you, he is scamming people out of their money I lost 195.00 and my carpet did not get cleaned this company is ripping people off after closing.
I give this place 0 stars if I could for lack of professionalism.I scheduled service for the rental home I am vacating last tuesday. Time frame for service was from 11 am- 1 pm. I was at my home at 11 sharp and waited until about 12 pm (was cleaning my home). When no one showed up, I text the number to confirm and they took about another hour (closer to 1 pm) to respond and say they were running late. I proceeded to run errands close to the house but after not getting an update for over 2 hours I left.I didn't get a call from the owner until 4 PM- that's 5 hours after my scheduled service time, and his excuse was that his vehicle was broken down.
