This is our tenth home we have purchased throughout my long career with the Federal government. We are very pleased with the attentiveness, and responsiveness we’ve received from Ashley at Pointe Homes. No home is perfect and we’ve experienced minor issues with ours in the short six months since we’ve owned our home. Every time we contact Ashley, she is professional and prompt in addressing our needs. All issues that have been brought to her attention have been addressed satisfactorily. We feel very confident that we made an excellent purchase and all future needs will be addressed as well as they have to date.

There are two aspects to this company and I want to first give the deserved credit and thanks to the home warranty responses and workmanship under Mr. Sanchez. As with any new purchase with many moving parts, brand new homes often need small fixes or touch ups a few months after moving in. Pointe Warranty has been very, very responsive and have produced excellent work in that respect.
