My only complaint is that when it came to getting the equipment I needed, I was told by one of the therapists “don’t worry, the insurance will cover it”. So I went ahead and proceeded to getting the equipment I needed. Next thing I know I received a bill close to $1,000. The therapist should not have told me everything will be covered by the insurance. They should look into what the patients qualify for before they say anything. I, as well should have done my own research. Learning experience definitely!“
