Arlene Phillips has been handling my personal and business tax returns since 2007 when I became self employed. The returns have become progressively more complicated with real estate holdings, etc. She has kept up and performed while maintaining responsiveness and value. My work requires that I assist clients with tax related issues. I refer all such matters to Arlene and have NEVER received a complaint. Some client have horrific issues and others are much simpler. Regardless, she performs at a reasonable price with great customer service. I would recommend her to a friend, a family member, or frankly anyone who would listen.
