My second year filing taxes with them and again exceeded my expectations. They made sure every aspect of the tax year is being taken care of and maximized my tax returns. For the 2021 tax year I had to file taxes for my military income, rideshare income, stock and crypto investments, and marital status. Their knowledge and experience definitely gave me confidence to file with them again and potentially many more years to come.
Yesterday was my first time going with them and I gotta say I would give them a 10 if possible. Leo was amazing and did my taxes and my son's within an hour. (I wasn't planning on doing my son's) Anyway he was very professional, knowledgeable and very nice while I was there. Prices are affordable and I got an appt the next day after I called. I will definitely come back next year to do my taxes with them. I got exceptional service from Leo at this place. Thank you
My experience with otto tax services was very successful. I filed my 2020 taxes with them completely and got my two simulus checks that i didnt receive. For the years 2018 and 2019, i found out the the irs never received my tax returns through the mail from turbotax but the irs decided to process my 2018 check for that filing year and i guess they threw it away. I was able to file for 2018 and 2019 through otto tax services and got everything squared away a couple weeks ago. Now I can receive my irs return transcripts that I need for immigration purposes. I got charged a reasonable price for one session for filing 2020 and one session of for filing 2018/2019. Definitely...read full review
