Optica 20 20 El Paso is a recommended optometry clinic and store where customers have had pleasant experiences. The staff, including the optometrist, are noted for being kind, helpful, thorough, and efficient. The doctor is patient and truly cares, taking time to explain everything and provide eye contacts right then and there. They are fast, efficient and have the best prices. The glasses are durable and they make them quick, sometimes even in 15 minutes. Overall it is the best place for glasses.
I had an amazing experience at Opticas 20 20! They put my prescription into my Meta AI glasses and had them ready in under 25 minutes, which completely exceeded my expectations.
Adriana and Bibi were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. It’s rare to find such efficient service paired with such a welcoming attitude.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and high-quality optical service. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
to start off ama say GO WITH BIBI. i was helped quickly got my glasses and did my exam within an hour. it was so quick and staff was really nice. really nice people really respectful loved and now im all guapo haha.
I had a great experience at this optometrist office. I went in for an eye exam and to pick out frames (no lenses yet), and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and also just an amazing person overall. We actually shared some laughs during the appointment, which made the experience feel comfortable and not rushed at all.
I also want to give a special thank you to Bibi. She was a tremendous help when it came to picking out frames. She really took the time to guide me and helped me choose frames that fit my face perfectly. Her patience and eye for style made a big difference.
