I was contacted the following Monday and they apologized profusely for the technological glitch that had occurred with their system. They were able to get me rescheduled for that same week and that visit was much more pleasant! I had another appointment today for a contraceptive removal and insertion and the overall experience was friendly and quick. I am very glad and appreciative that they explained what happened and were able to work with me.

I was meant to be a new patient and had my first appointment scheduled for this morning, 2/14/25. I arrived to an empty parking lot (not in itself entirely weird) but then find the doors are locked. I had received confirmation texts for my appointment both the evening prior and this morning, both of which I verified by clicking the link. I called the office several times only to receive the same message that it is after hours and their lines are closed. I finally hit 0 for an operator (the very last option) through their answering service and come to learn that they are indeed closed today and the answering service itself had only learned of it yesterday. They do not have access to the system and could not provide any more information other than just to call them back on Monday.
I understand that emergencies happen (if that is the case), however, to not have a system in place to notify patients is beyond inconsiderate. Especially when the automated appointment confirmation messages are still being sent!
I will call Monday, but I am thoroughly disappointed and flustered at this first experience with InVogue.
Ladies, you know how hard and stressful it is to research and decide on a new gyn! This is absurd.“
