She’s gentle, intentional, and really catered to my needs. I always walked out of her office feeling better than when I walked in. Now that I’m a new mom, I trust her completely with my baby too. So very pleased with the care I’ve received at Nourish Chiropractic! I started chiropractic care at about 22 weeks pregnant. My needs were assessed thoroughly, plan updated according to any changing symptoms involving aches/pains/baby’s positioning, and ultimately included adjustments, massage therapy, & dry needling. The entire staff is so warm & accommodating, even with toys/books available for my toddler during services. Cannot thank them enough! I’m looking forward to continuing with Dr. Diaz & the team after baby’s arrival.
