Needed toilet leak repair. Called Gina and she set up same day appointment. Jason came and offered several options for the leak. No pressure and got the job done quickly and no problems.
Mr. Rooter is expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Reliable service, professional, respectful. They've been able to solve our issues most of the time, and even when others couldn't.
If I could give a ten star rating, I would. I have used other plumbers and have never given any rating because of the job they did. Mario and Sergio had to fix some of those other plumbers bad jobs, and I am so very happy with their work ethics, the jobs they did and their thoughtfulness.
