Mountain Star did a commendable job repairing parts of my home's flat roof. The roof had been worked on by others over the years. None of those earlier repairs addressed the leaks' root causes. Mountain Star was able to figure out where the leaks originated, and over three visits correct the issues involved. What impressed me the most was their willingness to return promptly to address the remaining areas that needed attention at no additional cost (i.e., they were covered under the original warranty).
Customer Service is awesome. Very helpful and understanding on our roofing needs. Very Professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with all their work would definitely recommend them. Excellent job!!!
