I want to start off by saying that Keshon was an absolute sweetheart. If I was basing my score on my interaction with him alone, it would be a perfect score. He was very polite and professional.
However, there was issues with me running my vehicle through the wash using the membership. The last time I came through there was no issues running my wash. In fact, they signed me up for the membership. But this first and only time that I tried using the membership there was an issue with my vehicle and the status of my hood.
