Monika was courteous, professional, and explained the injectable procedure very well. I'd go back for a follow up with her. Unfortunately, when it comes to the customer service provided by the front desk staff courtesy is not their strength.

Long wait time just to check in. After signing in and waiting for 35mins to be called back, the front desk hadn't even checked me in- what's the point of signing in? I followed up and the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been made at the other location, when I specifically asked for an appointment at the west location. At the onset, the front desk process at this place is not impressive. It was my first time having the kybella treatment. The nurse (Sonia) started the consultation by asking whether I had done any research on kybella. I said, I read up a little bit on it, but wanted more info. She went on to give a brief 15 second explanation. Not very helpful....read full review
