I have experience with unreliable faulty contacts on alarm panels , that can cause a false alarm at any time. Mostly due to poor gap spacing or (PGS ) as we refer to this type of security breach. Fortunately now you can put a stop to that headache simply by using this new type of security contact switch it WORKS.
Otto and his son Ramon have provided nothing but the best customer service since switching to Maser security. Pricing is very competitive with other security companies, but their customer service is leaps and bounds above ADT or Vivint.
Over the years, I have had several Security companies monitor my home. I have dealt with mis-calls, system malfunction, and high service costs. Upon moving back to El Paso I had the same issues until I noted a Maser Security sign and decided to call. My call was answered promptly by a person that not only took my call but was able to answer basic questions. An appointment was made for that same day.
