I have experience with unreliable faulty contacts on alarm panels , that can cause a false alarm at any time. Mostly due to poor gap spacing or (PGS ) as we refer to this type of security breach. Otto and his son Ramon have provided nothing but the best customer service since switching to Maser security. Pricing is very competitive with other security companies, but their customer service is leaps and bounds above ADT or Vivint.
