DO NOT do your taxes here...very bad customer service..very unprofessional..They are never open on their business hours. Never answer the phone and they are very good on giving you the round around .NEVER GOT MY LAST CHECK
DO NOT DO your taxes here they stole almost half of my check arguing that the bank sent the wrong check and they have to send it back or that the check could not be printed and this was going for almost half a year they always have an excuse for it never got my money they are thief’s
Horrible customer service. They dont ever answer their phone, they are never open during their office hours.Melissa (the owner) told us to meet her at a certain time at the offife but never showed up tothe appointment.Dont file your taxes here, they are very unprofessional.
