I took my truck in for an oil change, and needless to say, I will be making this place my regular go-to. The staff is professional and very nice. They explained everything they were going to do and it was at a great price. The facility itself is awesome! There is a coffee machine, waters, etc and a tv to watch with comfortable chairs.

They took great care of my car. The tech showed me the car filters and let me decide which needed changing. They cleaned the car windows and vacuumed floors. I went in to try the Veterans day special and I will be returning for regular car maintenance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I brought my car to the new Jiffy Lube by the outlet mall, for an oil change. The service I received was absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend this location. There were 2 young men I had interactions with, and they were wonderful. Ricardo promptly greeted me when I pulled in. He was very polite, made direct eye contact, and made me feel very welcome. Then once I was inside, Alexis came in and explained my options for the oil used, and took the time to explain everything that was included in the oil change.
