Randy was super professional, explaining not only the issue I called about, but also taking time to explain in detal how every part of the furnace works, making different recommendations and elaborating long-term scenarios for each of those options. I truly believe the service charge is more than affordable given the quality of service and the knowledge that is not only applied to the job, but that is also shared with the customer, and the amazong customer service. I would definitely recommend this company over others!!!

I have hired Ignitify in the past and they really do great work. Excellent job done on my ac unit to get it ready for the winter. Omar did a fantastic job and afterwards gave me a rundown of what was done; pictures were provided and he also updated me on the diagnostics and issues for future reference. Overall I am very happy with the job that was done.

Stellar work. Arrived on time and went straight to work and installed our new mini-split in one day. From contract to installation was 2 days which was great in this hot weather. Polite, skilled technicians and a boss who knows his stuff and knows customer service. Hard to find companies like this one in El Paso.
