We trusted our brand-new Jeep Grand Cherokee L with Rafael. It had extreme hard water spots after one wash. Rafael was extremely professional and did an outstanding job, paint correcting and ceramic coating my vehicle. His communication was excellent, with many updates and pictures along the way.
