Very friendly and helpful staff. Wait time was
very short. Doctor was thorough and took the time to explain everything. His assistant was also very nice and made sure I felt comfortable with the exam. This was my first time there and it was a very good experience
Very good experience at this Epiphany Dermatology. Reception and medical assistant staff were friendly and professional. My wait in the lobby was short. I saw Alexa Meraz who was friendly and I felt confident in her care. It was very pleasant to be seen by her and I appreciated her manner and knowledge very much!
I have only good things to say about Epiphany, the doctors, and staff. They're the ones that helped me with my cystic acne when everything else failed. They offered treatment, and didn't force anything onto me that I didn't understand. The front office has always been helpful to me, available for schedule changes and confirmations, and are quick on their toes when it comes to scheduling and checking the doctor's flexibility. I'm surprised to see that the ratings are so low, so hopefully this helps shed light on just how appreciative of their help I am. Give Epiphany a chance, they help.
