I went in and was waited on by L. She was helpful and showed me various options. When I decided on what I wanted, she provided me a quote. However, when I presented that quote to the tile installer, he informed us that we were charged incorrectly. The following day, he provided us with a new quote that was double the original. When I questioned him, he stated he only worked with Michelle and that is the quote she gave him. I refused to pay that price. I liked the tile so I did purchase it, but at the price I was quoted. I then found a new tile person since the original one and Michelle obviously have a scheme worked out to con people out of money. I will not do business...read full review

Found a tile I liked. When I was about to place an order, the sales associate told me its out of stock. Why keep out of stock items on display in the store. Anyways, after a couple weeks, it was back in stock. Took a couple weeks for the order to arrive in the store and when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong tile. After one more week, went again and the right tile was finally delivered. Unfortunately, found out a couple of the tiles were missing pieces. I think I have driven to the store atleast 4 times. . . so I accepted the tiles as is. The people at the store are nice but my experience was very tiresome.
