Excellent customer service! I reached out to Nayeli to set up an appointment for a quote on 2 mini splits and within minutes she responded and set me up for an appointment the next day. Miriam showed up the next day explained to detail what the company offered and the difference from mini split to refrigeration. Which in all honesty I was looking into saving some money and thought installing mini splits would be cheaper. But I ended up getting refrigeration and it was the best decision I could’ve made. A few years ago we had to replace our refrigerated air and we had a great experience with Amy and Ruben, awesome customer service and fast and easy process with the financial services, this year we decided to add artificial grass to our landscape, and again the experience was awesome, definitely considering them for future projects ?
I want to start off by thanking Jessica and her team from Ecoliving for the install of our new HVAC system
