I called with the intention of getting pricing on ordering lenses for my frames. I was initially told that I would have to come in, and talk to the optician, and they would have to see the frames, and see if I had insurance. Which I replied that if they could possibly do all that over the phone since I am shopping around. Which, in my opinion, the lady in the phone responded very rudely "Well then you won't be shopping here". I am all for a business denying a service they cannot provide over the phone but to respond in such a manner is obviously something a customer does not want to hear. We had an appointment for 1:30. Was not seen until 2:10. We were the only customers here. 40 minutes of waiting for a schedule appointment is uncalled for. This is not professional or effective.

Today is September 19,2024.Its 2:35 pm we walk in for our eye exam and encounter a very rude receptionist I couldn't ask questions because her eyes would roll to the back of her head,it seem to bother her that we we're talking to her.Dr Caballero is very good Dr but he really needs a another receptionist. I will not return in the future if she still here!!
