Eastside Vision Center

This was my first visit to Eastside Vision Center, but not my last. Dr. Mario Caballero truly cares about his patients. He took the time to review my medical history, ask questions and make proper modifications to my vision. This new prescription was perfect and improved my everyday function with being able to see. I truly appreciate the time he took during the exam and the patience he has to make sure all issues with vision are addressed.

I would like to start by thanking the staff for accommodating my daughter's eye exam appointment. Being a busy mama doing errands trying to keep up with work , appointments and all. So we arrived at the location 20 minutes early or so I thought .. I was a day early .LOL OMG I was so embarrassed . So the Receptionist told me well you can update her information in the meantime . So I'm like yeah I'm already here so I did and was surprised when they called my daughter's name to the examination room for her Eye Exam .

We had an appointment for 1:30. Was not seen until 2:10. We were the only customers here. 40 minutes of waiting for a schedule appointment is uncalled for. This is not professional or effective.
