I am not local, but I was visiting my family in El Paso for Christmas week. I had to take my dog in for an ear infection, and I got there early so I could be first in line when they opened. It was cold outside and the Practice manager, Nancy Trujillo offered to unlock the front door and let me wait in the sitting room because it was cold outside & I had not brought a jacket. I received excellent care from every person I spoke to, including the vet tech, Stephanie. She was kind and knowledgeable and very understanding, and was so good with my dog. Dr Dominguez was amazing he was really patient and detailed and knowledgeable he took really good care of our baby treated her as if she was his own and the entire staff was outstanding very polite and professional the treatment was top-notch we will definitely make this our new family Veterinary Clinic thank you guys for the amazing service
