Dr Pholvichitr and their office staff are always amazing. Super helpful, kind, thoughtful and never rude. It really is a great atmosphere and they are always thorough in their exams and recommendations.

I've been going to Dr. Pholvicter's offices since the nineties ('90s) when he was still located in Cielo Vista Mall. For over the next 28 years, Dr. "Paul" has helped me see the world. I have never had a bad prescription. In fact, he always hits my prescription right on the dot. My family went on a 30 day road trip and on the second night I scratched up my glasses' lens really bad. Although we stayed a couple of days in a big city, long enough to order replacements, I just couldn't. I knew that whoever I went to would not be able to prescribe me the correct prescription. As far as contact lens and glasses frames, he always has the latest contact lens and his glasses frames are the latest styles. And his staff all know who I am -- that personal touch really makes a difference. As far as price, you get what you pay for! However, he is not that expensive and his prices are competitive. Overall, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I've been going there for about 3 years and I feel so comfortable with the doctor, and especially the staff at the section where they help and order glasses. I've established a personal relationship and keep recommending and coming here because of the staff who help pick my glasses..
