3 stars because Laly is the BEST! Avril is definitely the problem. I was loyal to this shop 2016-2019. Left in 2019 and came back 2025 and decided to be loyal to this shop again due to how GREAT Laly services are. I booked an appointment today 26 March 2026 at 1:30pm. After a certain time if you cancel, there will be no refund. When the money was taken from my account, Avril texted me informing me how the shop was closed today. She proceeded to tell me to cancel on the webpage as if I’m not intelligent. I will no longer be going to this shop due to Avril’s unprofessional scamming behavior.
Please ladies, if you have curly hair or need color, do not hesitate to visit this salon. The entire team is amazing and very knowledgeable. Laly is my go to person for cut and color.
