Over night 11pm my AC unit gave out just as El Paso heat is reaching the 3 digits
Had to go into work Friday and received a recommendation to call Diaz Services
Called them, and the lady on the line say they could have a tech at my location in 20 minutes. I said yes I’m on my way.
Techs got there asked questions about my HVAC unit and mentioned 2 parts that could have gave out. As they checked sure enough they were correct, replaced it right there and then. And problem solved. Amen ? it was just a part. Techs Gerardo and Jesus were amazing, respectful, explained everything step by step showed me the damaged part and new equipment. Keeps communication... read full review

Brent and Misael did a good job- had all the tools , parts, and knowledge to fix our AC when we really needed it. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them and Diaz Services for anyone need HVAC work of any type. Mark Huston

Brent and Misael always do a great job! They are both very nice and thorough, polite. I'm glad I picked this company to install my HVAC unit, they also do a great job maintaining it each year.
