Did some research and shopping, walked into Carpet Warehouse. I was happy with selection, price and how fast (next day) they were able to install the carpet. Everyone I dealt with friendly and professional. No time wasted on people coming to home with samples, sales pitches, etc. They took my measurements and ran with it. Pleased with purchase and install process along with the product we bought.

Reach out to Diana, she is the true meaning of strong customer service. Diana is knowledgeable about the products, responsive, helpful and ability to address customer needs. There was clear communication, and I appreciate her for working with my difficult schedule. I must also mention the installers arrived on time, fully prepared, very efficient, and professional. The installation was excellent and performed within a timely manner. The follow-up after the installation was completed the day after installation. I would highly recommend them.
