When a family enters the world of 24/7caregiving it can be a stressful, scary time. We are a very large family who all live out of town/state. Trying to coordinate care for our 93 yo mother was daunting. CSS came in at the right time and helped us figure out logistics in her care and provide professional guidance. The caregivers are kind and patient which is admirable when dealing with severe dementia! Has the process gone smoothly? I love this company. They are caring, compassionate and professional. The staff is top notch. CSS has helped my family professionally as our needs have changed over the year. The caregivers that help my parents are very caring, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. They fix meals, help bath, laundry and many other things. My 92 y/o mother has been cared for by Caring Senior Service for the past 2.5 years. They provide uninterrupted 24-hour care. Every shift is covered without fail. My mother’s home is clean. Her meals are prepared to her liking and well balanced. Mother has moderate dementia. She is mostly lucid but repetitive. The caregivers listen patiently. She enjoys games, books and the newspaper. She is encouraged to be active. Medications are given timely and diligently as mom has difficulty swallowing. Blood pressure reading and pulse ox as directed by her medical power of attorney.
