Valerie at the front desk was so sweet and answered all the questions I asked. Jaime (?) was very courteous as well! I’ve never had to deal with repair shops, but the process was very smooth and communication was spot on! I highly recommend going here whether you have desires on your own dime or if you’re looking for some place to fix damage you didn’t cause. The lobby was very clean, and it smelled nice inside! As far as the cost, I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket since I didn’t cause the damage but I’m sure they’re reasonable in terms of what you’re looking for!
Beto was awesome! He kept me in the loop with everything that was being done to my car. He answered all my questions, and helped me every step of the way with my vehicle repair! ☺️
