The trainers are very good, extremely knowledgeable with the training programs. I have been exercising most of my life but have never looked and felt this good before. Will highly recommend!

BioMetrix!! I have to say that I will be reaching a year with the BioMetrix family in August and this place is changing my family's life! Interesting story: 6 years ago we tried out BioMetrix and we fell in love with the idea that this place was an all in one inclusive body analysis and fitness center. No other place to our knowledge was bringing together nutrition, blood analysis, and personal training all while tracking & modifying your progress. I've had memberships at other gyms and even had some online training plans. The difference here is what works best for me. The trainers keep me motivated, positively reinforce progress no matter how small, and correct and guide me when I need to adjust my mechanics when doing a movement incorrectly.I've never been one to look forward to working out, but these guys have definitely changed that. They learn your name and greet you each time. Prices are reasonable considering how much each component would cost you individually.
