Apria was so helpful with my oxygen needs. I was put on the tanks out of the hospital and that company had no portable oxygen concentrators but Apria got me what I needed and Joe and Gilbert had the equipment to me the same day the tanks were picked up. They worked with my insurance to switch everything. I highly recommend them.

My mom is flying in tomorrow and Apria travel arranged for me to pick up an oxygen concentrator here at the El Paso Apria office today. I called to make sure there would be no hiccups and a wonderful lady named Lilia helped me. But she needed to confirm with Joe and would have him call me. Not 15 minutes later Joe calls, there is a slight hiccup, he will get right back to me. 20 minutes later and Joe calls back, apologetic, and arranges for the concentrator to be delivered to my house.
