Anahata Yoga Studio

Anahata Yoga is a boutique studio located on the west side of town in the Placita Santa Fe shopping center, serving the community since December 2017. It offers personalized attention with limited space classes, focusing on breaking down barriers and expanding its yoga community. The studio provides a variety of practices, including yoga with equipment, restorative, ropes, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Hatha, all in a welcoming environment that feels very good physically and emotionally. The experienced teachers, certified by Yoga Alliance, are dedicated and involved with each person. After class, participants often feel relaxed, balanced, and happy. Anahata Yoga aims to share knowledge and help individuals feel the amazing benefits of yoga through diverse classes and personalized guidance.
