We called to schedule an appointment after we had a pump failure and our tank overflowed. They came out the next day and saved our new pump from getting any damage. Mason was great. He explained everything and was a true professional! Can't say thank you enoguh!!

Allstar Septic was on their game from the moment I called and spoke with Sterling, to the final service completed by Mason, nothing but exceptional service. Their customer service in my opinion is the best. Both Sterling and Mason were professional and friendly. Sterling kept me up to date by text and phone call, I always knew what was going on. Sterling explained the cleaning, billing process, scheduled and confirmed a date and time for the service. Mason arrived on time, explained the work he was going to do and completed the work.
