3 in 1 Fit Center is a favorite place with an amazing vibe. The food is always hot and fresh, and the drinks, like the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake, are delicious. There is a large variety of flavors of teas. The personal trainer is great and helpful. The employees are very nice and helpful. It is the perfect place to get your morning started or for an afternoon pick me up.

    I love going here to get my waffles, shakes, & Lit 🔥 Teas! Staff has always been friendly & treat you like family! I have a great connection with the Herbalife coaches and all the awesome herbalifers who go there too!! Come visit!! You won’t regret it ❤️
