The technician David N is very patient and informative! He is a professional service technician that ensures the unit at my office is running top notch! Didn't have the filter size, but a day later, had it and came to install in attic and was very nice and clean in the work area! Thanks David! ??

Came home to a hot house at 3:30 PM. After calling six HVAC companies, Efficiency had a tech at my house within an hour. Kevin Donovan had us up and cooling off in 30 minutes. Excellent experience!
