Highly Recommend Zen Martial Arts for parents that have a child with ADHD/ Dislecsia such as mine. My Son had anger issues as well as behavior problems. Counseling / Therapy had no results. Brought My Son to Sensai Luis and His team at Zen Martial Arts. My Son has transformed miraculously into a focused and determined 11 year old. His anger issues have dissipated and behavior has improved dramatically. Special thanks to Sensai Cesar for encouraging him along the way to His green belt in Karate. For parents that may have a child in school that is being bullied this is the case of my own 8 year old daughter. The bullying had gotten so bad My daughter was asking for home schooling or moved to another school. Such a shame a young child would have to be under such stress and anxiety. She started Zen Martial Arts over a year ago and now has gotten Her self esteem back. Confidence in Her ability to handle situations and above all defend Herself if need be. She's achieved Her green belt in Karate as well. I'm so proud of my Children and can't thank Zen Martial Arts.
Kassy is not only amazing at what she does, but she makes you feel very welcomed and appreciated. There is never any judgment, and her work is phenomenal. Her positive work environment and attitude exceeds professionalism. I would truly recommend her to anyone!

Super cute place, and super nice people! Very roomy inside, you don't feel cramped like in some places. Would highly recommend for everyone! They do cuts for kids, women, and men so you can get everyone taken care of! My teen was super pleased with his cut which means they are awesome!
