The quality of care is decent, and the doctor is nice. Wait time after making appointments is approximately 45 -1hr past appointment time showcasing a lack of respect for patient’s time. They have a strict 15 minute late policy where they can cancel your appointment, which is completely fair. I would just ask that our time be respected in the same way. The clinic is clearly overbooking beyond their capabilities.
Medical assistant staff will not callback after leaving voicemails and state they don’t have access to voicemail despite the system instructing to leave a voicemail.

Initially Dr.Garcia was going to deliver my daughter. The day of the delivery Dr.Garcia was unable to deliver my daughter , so Dr.Otero took over. My wife and I were somewhat nervous because we never saw Dr.Otero once through my daughter’s prenatal care. However , Dr.Otero was AMAZING. He made my wife and I comfortable when he introduce himself and said he would be delivering the baby. He also respected our birth plan 100%. I can not recommend Dr.Garcia or Dr.Otero MORE. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Absolutely amazing and thank you to the both of you. My wife and I will forever be grateful.

Front desk staff is TRASH. Rude all the time always have stank faces, never want to help, they like to roll their eyes, KNOWING the majority of their patient's are pregnant. I have private insurance at that, & its always and issue with the front desk gremlin. Dr.Garcia is an AMAZING doctor what a shame.

My concerns about endometriosis were dismissed here. Thankfully, I saw another gynecologist who listened, performed an ultrasound, and found a large endometrioma. I now need surgery. I urge others to advocate for themselves because if I didnt, I could have lost my ovary.

Just plain sucks, and will definitely take advantage of first-time pregnant women. Pregnancy is supposed to be an exciting and intimate experience but this clinic caused nothing but stress and the staff was rude and not thoughtful at all towards my pregnant girlfriend. Ultrasounds were half-assed. They need to clean house at this place. We switched to a different OB (Dr. Hazem Kanaan) and the staff there is great. As the father I take comfort knowing that the staff actually cares.

Receptionist Erica is rude and transferred me 3 times to the Mcallen office just to schedule an appointment with the nurse practitioner and Mcallen transferred me back twice. Unorganized and it’s sad because I love Dr. Garcia. Do better.

I just made a called to book an appointment and spoke to the receptionist in Edinburgh location they are very rude. Unprofessional would not provide me their name. Just trying to put a new patient appointment and they are making it seem like a rocket scientist has to
Book the appointment and they make me not even want to get service done here besides that I been a patient here before and never been treated like this till now yall may need new Receptionist with a friendly welcoming voice when they answer The phone it sounds like they don’t even wanna be working there and they hate their job

This place is crap. The whole front staff is rude and desensitized to the fact that women are there trusting their bodies and unborn babies with a group of women who could care less about the patient and more about the money and protocol. My daughter was complaining of a sharp pain and this is her first pregnancy. She called and they told her they were “normal” and she could not go in to be seen so we ended up taking her to the ER. At the ER everything checked out, but they could not perform an ultrasound because she had just eaten so they told her to go back to her dr first thing in the morning to have that done. They discharged her and spoke with the someone from the clinic to give instructions on my daughter’s care. When we arrived to the clinic the following morning, they refused to see her AGAIN, saying no one spoke to the dr and a “nurse” is not a Dr so basically doesn’t matter what she was told in the hospital. And they paid no mind to the fact that she was even admitted to the hospital to begin with.absolutely no concern for her as a patient or even an ounce of empathy that she could be scared with everything going on with what she was feeling with her baby inside her at 6 months pregnant. Then they told her “because of your moms attitude, we can’t see you”. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! No wonder there are 1 stars on their reviews!!

I scheduled an appointment for both my daughter and myself a month ago and was told that I would be contacted if there were any issues with our insurance. Recently, I received a voicemail from the front desk confirming my appointment for today. However, they did not confirm my daughter's appointment.

This morning at 8:30, just an hour before my appointment, I called to let them know I was on my way. The front desk staff informed me that my daughter's insurance was not active, which surprised me since she is covered under Tricare. After I contacted my insurance provider, they confirmed that the information was incorrect.

In my experience with medical offices in other cities, they usually verify that patients have the correct insurance information by CALLING the insurance company. It seems that this office may not be following that standard. Given the issues I've encountered during this appointment process, I have concerns about the overall efficiency of the office. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice, as it seems they may not be interested in accepting new patients.
