They take FOREVER to attend the patients. This last time we went, we were third and line and it still took TWO hours before they saw us. They also didn’t record that they had done the pku on the last visit, so who knows how they even fixed that because it wasn’t even on record: 🙄

No one wants to spend hours at a drs office with a sick kid! The front staff, MAs & providers provide exceptional care and try not to keep you hanging around just waiting. They move quickly BECAUSE they care. I appreciate their communication. They offer great flexibility when it comes to accommodations and are always going out of their way for their patients. The office is always clean. They know my kids by name. I love my pediatricians office! VPC, keep up the great work!

I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I took my 9 month old son in for his 9 month check up in which the PA only checked his ears, throat, and private area rather than doing an extensive exam such as checking his growth percentile, asking questions etc. My son was having a HORRIBLE cough and mucus and they did not bother to swab him. I had to ask for them to swab my son so they can tell me he tested positive for RSV. They then proceeded to give my son his 2nd dose of his flu shot when infants should not receive vaccines if they are sick. If I would not have ASKED for a swab, by child would have walked out with RSV with the potential of declining. Lastly, the staff called my son into the room while I was filling out paperwork and said, “You can fill it out in the room. We like to get them in and out quick.”. That goes to show they do not care about their patients. A 9 month check up, vaccine and swab took a total of 10 minutes. This clinic is dangerous and no parent should take their child here!!!

5 stars for how they are always on top of their duties. Best staff any clinic can have!!! But the visit we had today did upset me. My son was having an exam and the Dr noticed a bruise on his leg. She gave me a look like I was abusing my son!! He is a very active 5 year old boy who doesn't sit down especially now that we bought him a playground!!!

Extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Dr. Syed Husain's office. My 6-year-old daughter, who has Down syndrome and a cardiac condition, visited for a sick appointment. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't conduct any tests, just prescribed the same medication as always.
Just hours later, my daughter's condition worsened, and we rushed her to the hospital. There, she was diagnosed with strep and influenza A. I'm appalled that Dr. Husain's office didn't take her condition seriously and failed to provide proper testing.
As a parent, it's infuriating to think that doctors are prioritizing profits over patients. I urge others to be vigilant and advocate for their child's health. Demand thorough testing, especially for children with pre-existing conditions.
Unacceptable Experience Would not recommend Dr. Syed Husain's office to anyone.

They have really changed my perspective on pediatricians. They are fast and even on their busiest days, they make sure everyone is taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful and just so welcoming. Not to mention the physicians are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns and don’t treat you like a number. 10/10 recommend
